Mira'm

Sinopsis

“I have learned everything by watching people. Watching what I do most, in the train, the underground… and I’ve noticed that the fook becoming something that everybody avoids.»

Mira’m is a work that is dedicated to beauty and the grandeur of imperfection. It is a journey through the monstrosity and imperfection of the human being, through the most human passions, deep and inadmissible.

Obsession

The show Mira’m contains a great plastic beauty and a high density of plot, as well as impeccable staging and interpretation. La Carrasco is a brave woman: after two solo shows, she embarks on a collective work in which the theater eats to dance and in which she does not act.

The author has been able to portray the disturbing image of the individual in his loneliness, anguished and hallucinated, incapable of creating communication with others, with a firm and surprising creative maturity.

Sitges finishes between ovations

The power to summon this woman lives a great moment. In Sitges he forced the overbooking and obtained strong and prolonged ovations dotted with bravos with a spectacle between the theater and the dance, of enormous fascination.

Three actors and two dancers recreate an underworld that moves in memory and imagination and sometimes acts as a mirror of absurd man and his acts. But the spectacle of Carrasco transcends this scene and is visibly placed in the center of the emotions
